Why Stage?
According to USA Today, staged homes, on average, sell in half the time compared to non-staged homes. In a buyer’s market, sellers who stage often get their homes sold faster and at higher prices.
The percentage of buyers' agents who cited that home staging had an effect on most buyers’ view of the home.
The percentage of buyers' agents who said staging a home made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as a future home.
